This budget for the Alternate Plan includes everything needed to complete a project that would improve the levees to the design requirements the Corps.  
Even if this earlier plan is considered outdated and the numbers and design requirements must be reviewed and updated, the costs will still only be a mere fraction of the $435 million proposed by the Trinity Uptown Plan.

As you can see in the Alternate Plan you can achieve the same results for a tenth of the cost.
