As this slide shows, the combined lands of the “orange takings” property and the current TRWD owned lands, shown in pink, make them the largest landowner- developer in the project.

And... when you overlay the property ownership over their master plan as shown here, they will control almost all of the waterfront development.

Aren’t governmental bodies supposed to be in the business of doing some public task that the individual citizens could not do for them selves, such as

create water reservoirs and sell water to their members - NOT be in the private real estate development business?
