The Trinity Uptown Plan abuses its public power of eminent domain to take the lands shown in the orange color and then resell and/or develop those areas outside the By-Pass Channel for profitable waterfront real estate developments.

Why can’t the existing private owners use their lands to take advantage of this opportunity to be on the waterfront?
